About the event
This women's only personal protection training is scenario based. Our Anti-Abduction/Parking Lot Dangers class is a hands-on interaction training taught by our co-ed team of instructors.
After a brief classroom portion we will cover physical defensive maneuvers on the mats (*workout clothing and socks only)
Then we will move outside to drill the maneuvers in and around vehicles. (* solid toe shoes or sneakers are mandatory)!
Dress for the weather and wear clothing that might get stretched or torn. (*again, this seminar is very interactive and "hands-on")!
Pre Registration Is Mandatory!
$40 per female in advance
