About the event
Back to the basics!
This class will cover the core content that all females should know about their own personal protection!
No experience necessary.
Our female staff of instructors will cover the basic elements of women's empowerment self-defense, including:
Pre-incident Indicators for potentially violent behaviors
Verbal de-escalation skills needed in our world today
