About the event
Join us for a night of empowerment based, street smart personal protection. This month we are focusing on empty hand defensive maneuvers. This class will not be the typical, "Level I Intro Self Defense Class," but a mixture of physical and psychological aspects of our training programs. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! PRE-REGISTRATION MANDATORY!
